I was lucky enough to spend a few weeks back home in Cape Town. The visit made me realise, once again, what an energy-positive place this city can be. Obviously, the masses of creative professionals who flock to the city contribute a lot to the buzz, but really it's the locals who are the beating heart of the city. There are wonderful local artists, agencies, hotels and B&Bs, and of course an endless list of amazing restaurants and cafes and they really make the place what it is.
Just like the wonderful models Lisa and Brooklyn who we got to shoot for this swimwear editorial. Both homegrown CPT originals. We had a really chilled evening shooting various looks around the tidal pools on the waterfront. The images were published in issue #31 of FOGS Magazine and shot both on digital and film (Kodak stock in the Pentax 67).
